Competition at both ends. None in the middle.
The market has a wrist-only device at consumer price, coach systems at studio price, camera apps that infer a body from a phone picture, and laboratory installations. Nobody sells direct full-body-and-club measurement at a consumer price. That gap is the product.

What each is good at — said fairly
HackMotion
Measures one joint very well: lead-wrist flexion, extension and deviation, with a mature drill library and validated accuracy. It cannot see the club or the body. If your only fault is at the wrist, it is a fine buy. MoCaddieIQ measures the wrist the same way — hand minus forearm — and adds the club and, with Kit 2, the body.
K-MOTION
The reference for coach-tier body sensors, with fifteen years of coaching education around it. It is priced for a studio and fitted like one. MoCaddieIQ competes on the same measurement — pelvis, thorax, arm, club — at a price a golfer buys and a fit a lesson can afford.
Sportsbox AI
Turns a single phone video into a 3D body model, which is clever and needs no hardware. It infers depth and rotation from a picture; axial rotation of the torso — the thing the sequence depends on — is what a silhouette shows least. MoCaddieIQ measures rotation speed directly with gyroscopes.
GEARS
A laboratory, not a product: optical capture of the whole body and club to sub-millimetre. It is the gold standard, and it is where our own validation is meant to happen. Nobody carries it to the range.
